COVID-19 Policy

My aim is provide an environment conducive for relaxing and therapeutic massage with minimal risk for COVID-19 transmission. This policy sets out the steps that I take for this purpose.

Before you attend your appointment, please consider if you are experiencing any symptoms that could be attributed to COVID-19. If you have access to LFD tests I would appreciate it if you would do one before your appointment. Let me know if you need to reschedule.

Please notify me in advance of your appointment if you have a health issue that makes you ‘At Risk’ with regards COVID-19 so that I may take any appropriate additional measures.

I am taking daily LFD tests and will inform you only if I have a positive result in the morning.

If you have recently received the Covid-19 vaccine and are experiencing post-vaccination side-effects, please consider if you feel well enough to attend your appointment.

I appreciate that from 28th March it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. However, whilst I understand this is now a personal decision, I would respectfully request that you consider the close contact nature of my work and the safety of you, I and my other clients. I will continue to wear a mask to ensure I provide as much protection to my clients as possible. I appreciate that some individuals have been exempt from wearing a mask and fully accept that mask wearing is now an individual decision.

Please bring your own water.

Please wear easy to remove clothes and keep jewellery to a minimum. You will be given a container in which to put your possessions and clothes when you undress. This box will be fully cleaned and sanitised between clients.

Please plan to arrive at the time of your appointment.

When you arrive, please use hand sanitiser.

There will be a 30 minute gap between clients, to enable ventilation and disinfection of the practice room, table, equipment, hallway and bathroom etc.
