Pregnancy Massage

Receiving Pregnancy Massage is a great way to relax and have some special time to connect with your changing body and growing baby.  

Massage works by helping to support the parasympathetic nervous system leaving you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

Massage can also relieve muscular tension.  My background in remedial and sports massage means that the massage can provide relief from backache, swollen ankles and hip pain, but is also relaxing at the same time.

I trained in Pregnancy Massage with Heidi Armstrong at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.
